1. Ways to order

Ordering online

You'll find our complete product range on our secure website. If we don't have the specific product that you are looking for, please ask, chances are we can order it in for you.

Email orders

You can email orders to info@checkoutnz.co.nz, but please don't email us your credit card details.

Mail orders

You can download our mail order form and post it to us along with your cheque or credit card details. Please do not send cash through the post.

2. Payment

How do I pay Checkout New Zealand?

Our preferred method is by direct credit into our bank account:

• Select COD (cash on delivery) during the checkout process.
• Direct credit Kiwibank, 38-9005-0426116-00, Checkout New Zealand Limited.
• Please use your name and order number (from your order confirmation email) as a reference when making payment.
• Please notify us by emailing info@checkoutnz.co.nz when payment has been made so we can ship your order.

If paying by MasterCard, Visa, American Express:

• Select the appropriate card type during the checkout process and enter your credit card details.

Please note that the goods will only be shipped once the funds have been cleared.

How much is shipping within New Zealand?

	North Island Sector One - Up to 75km from Thames including Whangaparaoa, Auckland, Hamilton, Matamata and Tauranga - maximum weight 25kg.	$6
	North Island Sector Two - Up to 150km from Thames including Warkworth, Orewa, Tokoroa and Rotorua - maximum weight 15kg.	$8
	North Island Sector Three - Over 150km from Thames including Whangarei, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North and Wellington - maximum weight 5kg.	$12
	South Island - Including Nelson, Blenheim, Kaikoura, Christchurch, Ashburton, Timaru, Queenstown, Alexandra, Dunedin, Balclutha, Gore, Westport, Greymouth, Hokitika and Invercargill - maximum weight 5kg.	$15
	Rural Delivery - The extra cost of rural delivery will be added to your order.	+$3
	Saturday Delivery - We can specify Saturday delivery with our courier company for an additional fee. See below for more information.	+$3

We deliver anywhere within New Zealand including rural delivery and post office boxes. Please select the appropriate shipping option from the list below during checkout. The prices quoted are for courier services.

When will my New Zealand order arrive?

Our local delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we will advise you by email how long it will take to arrive. If we have the item in stock your order will usually arrive within three to five business days. We cannot guarantee a delivery date however we can be sure when an item is shipped.

If your local order does not arrive within five business days of payment and you have not received an email from Checkout New Zealand informing you of a delay, please email us so we can track the shipment.

Saturday delivery is not always possible due to certain courier restrictions (for example this service may not be offered in some rural areas). If you request Saturday delivery and your order is not delivered on Saturday, this component of the delivery charge will be refunded. Please email us to request Saturday delivery.

4. International orders

I live outside of New Zealand, can I make an order?

Yes, international orders are welcome and we ship our products worldwide.

Choose the "International Orders (We'll Contact You)" delivery option at the checkout stage. We will then contact you to arrange shipping and payment.

How much is international shipping?

To make sure we offer you the lowest international shipping rate available, we will email you a shipping quote once you have placed an order or you can contact us to get a shipping quote before you place your order. If you know the approximate size and weight of your order, you can also get a rough estimate on parcel shipping rates from the New Zealand Post website.

Note that the buyer must bear the cost of any additional importation duties, taxes and any related charges.

When will my international order arrive?

It depends on whether the item is in stock and which delivery option you choose. We offer the following international delivery options:

Please note that the international delivery times are estimated and commence from the day that payment is received. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
